As previously mentioned on the Intercot West
Discussion Boards, families who have some members of the family that have upgraded to two park Annual Passports, and others who have not, are eligible for all members to upgrade. This means that if a mother and son already have a 2-park pass and the father has yet to upgrade, he will be allowed to upgrade to the 2-park version of the pass. This is also true for families wishing to upgrade between Disneyland versions of the passport. All members of the immediate family are eligible to upgrade to the highest level passport any member of that family currently holds.

Disneyland Resort Annual Passport
A member of the Intercot Cast and their family recently undertook this upgrade experience. It is very important that if Guests wish to do this upgrade that they inform the Cast Member at the ticket booths that they are upgrading passports in a family which currently holds the pass they are looking at upgrading to. Without mentioning this, the Cast Members will inform the Guest that the upgrades are not being offered. Once the word "family" comes up in conversation, more information is immediately offered.
Guests will need to first visit the Ticket Booths at the Main Entrance for information on how to upgrade immediate family members. Most likely they will then be sent to the Group Sales window next to the Disneyland Main Entrance, where they will go through the upgrade process and receive the new Annual Passports.
