Six restaurants at the Disneyland Resort were presented with awards at the Southern California Restaurant Writers ceremony held on February 25. The journalist organization evaluate restaurants anonymously based on food, ambiance, service quality, beverage selection and value. Guests might want to keep these restaurants in mind when planning their next trip to the resort!
Granville's Steak House of the Disneyland Hotel received a Gold Award in the American Category, while Yamabuki of the Paradise Pier Hotel received a Gold in the Japanese category. Disney's PCH Grill at the Paradise Pier Hotel received a Sterling Silver Award in the Contemporary Category. The Disneyland Hotel's Hook's Pointe and Wine Cellar won a Sterling Silver award in the American Category. Finally, the famous Blue Bayou of Disneyland Park won a silver award in the American category, as did Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel.
