The INTERCOT West Theme Park challenge scheduled for October 21, 2001 has been postponed until early next year. Because of the tragedy that hit the US, many have had to adjust their travel plans, and certain members of the INTERCOT staff who were personally affected by the tragedy do not have the time and energy available to make the challenge the best it could be. Be aware that the challenge has NOT been cancelled; it has simply been postponed until a time when all of our staff can attend and the challenge is made to be top-notch INTERCOT quality.

However, an official INTERCOT West meet WILL STILL occur on Sunday, October 21, 2001 at 1pm in Disneyland Park. We still meet at the tables outside Carnation Plaza Gardens, and will enjoy a meet and greet with all our INTERCOT pals (including the classic group photo) as well as a ride-through on the classic Pirates of the Caribbean. After this we may enjoy a trip through the newly made-over Nightmare Before Christmas attraction, or head on over to DCA, depending on what the group is up for.

While the much-anticipated challenge will be taking place at a later date, we hope that everyone will still join us for some fun on October 21st at the Official Fall INTERCOT West Meet!
