Splash Mountain

One of the attractions where guests definitely benefit from Fastpass is Splash Mountain. Well known for its extremely long summer lines that extend well into the late evening, Fastpass gives a much-needed reprieve from these lines. Unfortunately Standby guests will not be helped out too much, as the Standby Line still tends to be very long, and with Fastpass installed this lines moves much slower.

Entrance
The setup for Fastpass on Splash Mountain is much more spread out than it is on the other attractions, as the Standby entrance and the Fastpass entrance are in completely different locations. The main Standby entrance was recently relocated across from the entrance to the Country Bear Jamboree, and is clearly marked with a large sign. It is directly next to the Splash Mountain Fastpass Distribution center. The Fastpass Return entrance (for Fastpass Ticket holders only) is much further into Critter Country around the corner on the left hand side.

Distribution Center
The Fastpass Distribution Center is located to the left of the attraction's Standby entrance, right across from the Country Bear Jamboree. Here you will find a small but clearly marked entrance line with a large sign overhead that displays the Fastpass Return time range (of one hour). A series of Fastbass Distribution Booths are at the end of the small line, where a Cast Member is on hand to help you obtain your Fastpass.

Standby Line
Due to Splash Mountain's popularity you will almost always find the Standby line to be extremely long. Because of this you will probably want to use Fastpass more often than not. Also because of this popularity, Fastpass Tickets will tend to run out here earlier, much like the Indiana Jones Adventure. Thus, if you wish to ride with a Fastpass you're probably best off picking up a ticket well before park closing. Those who do wish to wait in the Standby line will find that it starts directly across from the Country Bear Jamboree, next to the Fastpass Distribution Center. You'll want to hop into the line here. Also note that the Standby Line is mostly indoors, which means that you will be spending long amounts of time in one place in pretty cramped quarters. So definitely be prepared for that.

Fastpass Return
With your Fastpass in hand return to the entrance of Splash Mountain and keep walking past the Distrbution Center and around the corner, where you will find the Fastpass Line. Be sure to have your Fastpass Tickets out to show the Cast Member at the beginning of the Fastpass Line. You will have to give your Fastpass Tickets up to the Cast Member about half way through the queue once you are inside of Splash Mountain's caves. From there you will have about a five-minute wait.
