History: Patterned after the historic Los Angeles theater, the Hyperion Theater is a classic and essential aspect to Hollywood Pictures Backlot in Disney's California Adventure. It has been bringing Guests enjoyment since the park opened in February, 2001.

Description:
The Hyperion Theater is a finely designed reconstruction of the classic theater in Los Angeles, California. The two thousand seat theater is designed to house live musical shows throughout the day. The current show is Disney's Steps In Time, a modern tribute through the imaginative artistry of Disney Animation.
