Location:
The Columbia uses the same dock as the Mark Twain, which is across from the Golden Horseshoe.
Description:
The Columbia is a replica of the first United States ship to circumnavigate the globe, and offers a ride around the Rivers of America. This is a livelier ride around the rivers than is counterpart the Mark Twain, and offers a show put on by a few Cast Members on the boat.
Reviews:
"Just one trivial but very important fact about the Columbia. Walt chose the ship Columbia for its American historical significance, of course. Not only was it the first United States ship to Circumnavigate the globe as you state, but it was the Columbia and her Captain Gray who first discovered the Columbia River, bordering Oregon/Washington. I don't think that too many people realize that the river was named after the ship! Thank you and keep up the good work!"
