Description:
Situated right past the Blue Ribbon Bakery the Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor is one of Main Street's newer restaurants. This ice cream parlor features, you guessed it, ice cream, and other treats for your enjoyment. You can choose from extremely large waffle cones and get every topping you ever wished for or the smaller cones. The smaller cones offer smaller scoops than the Carnation Plaza Gardens ice cream spot, but the waffle cones are well worth the buy. If you don't want to spend the extra money I would recommend heading up to the Plaza Gardens where you'll get just as much ice cream, but without the waffle cone. You can also purchase frozen yogurt, even in a waffle cup. This ice cream parlor gets very crowded during the day and even more so right before midday and evening parades as family member stock up on supplies for their curbside spots. The shortest lines occur in the morning hours and during the parades on Main Street.
