Description:
Star Tours is supposed to be a calm ride to the moon of Endor aboard a sleek new Star Speeder 3000. But you find that it won't be as smooth and calm as you were expecting because of you RX droid who just happens to be piloting his first flight. This is a definite ride for anyone who loves Star Wars or those who are looking for a fun time.
You'll probably want to head toward Star Tours in the evening hours. This ride tends to be very popular in the morning and afternoon hours but by dinner and after the line shortens to around fifteen minutes. The line is affected even more during the parades and people attempt to see the parades instead of waiting in line.
Reviews:
"I participated in this ride in the front row with 2 other adults and 3 boys, 6,7 & 8yo. The very front is NOT the best seat in the house. The guide was cute but I would not wait 2 hours for this short burst of Star Wars propaganda, maybe 30-40 minutes. A fan would surely enjoy this but had it not been for my "back-door" pass, I would never wait to see this."

This ride is fun, but was more impressive when I first experienced it 12 yrs. ago. It's now looking a little outdated as we are entering on a new generation of Star Wars films. Also, the racket caused by the new Rocket Rods clutters the audio as you procede through the queue. Get there in the evening so you don't have to wait more than 20 minutes and it's still worth it.

To get the best feeling in the ride, the best seat is in the back. The front is great, too, but not for feeling, but you get a clear view of the screen and Rex.

Coming from a die-hard Star Warrior, this is one of the greatest rides in the park, from the instant you enter the queue, you're transported to that galaxy far, far away. The only problem I can see is that there usually isn't much of a line and you'll miss all the cool stuff inside on your way to ride. The ride itself is excellent, though the film could use a spit shine. If they change it to prequel stuff, they better keep one of the speeders with the original film.

I've been riding the star tours ride now for at least 10 years and it slill gets me excited. This ride is great because you don't have to wait for 2-3 hours like many of the other rides at the theme park, please pay respects to this ride because it opened up a whole new of theme park rides. Any true STAR WARS fan will always love this ride.

In a theme park thats constantly changing I love that Star Tours hasnt. I love how its a little outdated because when I go on it it reminds me of the first time I did..about 6 years ago when I was 12 and it was the ultimate thrill ride for me. Even though its gotten a little lessthrilling I still love it and would hate for it to be changed.
